Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of Devices for the needs of manufacturing processes, along with technical support, warranty, assembly and installation.
The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides: the offer evaluation order is reversed, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
4. The Ordering Party is the data administrator personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
5. The contractor submits an offer via the eProcurement Platform of the Public Procurement Office - https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/pl/.
257 of the Public Procurement Act, may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance orders will not be awarded to him.
7. The offer is submitted, under pain of nullity, in electronic form, in accordance with strictly defined requirements in SWZ.
