- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of devices, software and conducting training as part of the Cybersecurity Local Government grant competition in the City of Puszczykowo.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order together with a description of the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 6 to SWZ.2.1. In addition: 1) The supplied hardware and software must be brand new, unused, undamaged and free from third-party rights, 2) The delivered devices and software must come from the manufacturer's official authorized sales channel. 3) The Contractor will provide such packaging. devices as required to prevent damage or deterioration of their quality during transport to the place of delivery, 4) The devices will be marked in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with safety signs, 5) The Contractor will issue instructions to the Ordering Party for operating the devices or, if they are made available by the manufacturer in electronic form, will provide website addresses where they can be downloaded,6) for software, the Contractor is obliged to grant a non-exclusive license to the Ordering Party or transfer a non-exclusive right...
