Description:
The subject of the contract is the supplies of devices for the treatment of deep conductive hearing loss, mixed and unilateral deafness in the quantity and assortment indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ (offer form) and with technical parameters and other requirements specified in Annexes No. 2.1-2.4 to SWZ (technical parameters)-respectively for each part of the order, i.e.
Part 1. Snail implant system for deep hearing loss - 80 kpl
Part 2. Sound processor of the Nucleus 8 or Kanso 2 - 30 KPL.
Part 3. Active Osseointegration Implant System - 20 kpl
Part 4. Baha 7 - 10 set sound/speech processor.
