Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of:
1) diagnostic audiometer - constituting Part 1 of the procedure,
2) surgical diathermy - constituting Part 2 of the procedure,
3) polarized light therapy device - constituting Part 3 of the procedure
4) stationary ultrasound deviceo - constituting Part 4 of the procedure,
described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ (product and price form), which constitutes an integral part of the specification of the terms of the contract. In the scope of Parts 1, 2 and 4, the subject of the order also includes assembly, commissioning and testing belectrical safety and training.
Delivery of a diagnostic audiometer
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a diagnostic audiometer described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ (product and price form), which constitutes an integral part of the specification of the terms of the order. Subjectt of the order also includes installation, commissioning, electrical safety test and training.
2. The conditions for the execution of the order are also specified in the draft contract in Chapter XX of the SWZ.
Delivery of surgical diathermy
1. The subject of the order is the supply of diathermysurgical arm, described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ (product and price form), which constitutes an integral part of the specification of the terms of the order. The subject of the order also includes installation, commissioning, electrical safety testing and training.
