The subject of the order includes the purchase, delivery, unloading, assembly, commissioning in places indicated by the Ordering Party and instruction of the staff designated by the Ordering Party in the use of 3 diagnostic devices for the Dermatology Clinic at ul. Piłsudskiego 9 in Sosnowiec.
PrThe subject of the order includes:
Package No. 1 - Vascular laser - 1 pc.
Package No. 2 - CO2 laser - 1 pc.
Package No. 3 - videodermadoscope - 1 pc.
The technical parameters of the equipment are specified in the technical parameters form constituting Annex No. 3a, 3b, 3c to SWZ.
The item will be orderedIn addition to delivery, enia also includes a warranty on the delivery item for a period of 24 months. Details can be found in the SWZ.
The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual packages from 1 to 3. Each Contractor has the opportunity to submit an offer forany number of packages of your choice.
A detailed technical description of the medical equipment is specified in the technical parameters form constituting Annex No. 3a / 3b / 3c to the SWZ. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must meet all technical conditions specified by the Ordering Partyo in the SWZ and its annexes.
The transport of medical equipment both to the registered office of the Ordering Party (Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka i Rodziny im. Jan Paweł Sosnowiec Sp. z o. o., ul. Piłsudskiego 9) and within the premises of the Ordering Party is the responsibility of the Contractor and is carried out at its expense .
