Piłsudskiego 9 in Sosnowiec. The subject of the contract includes: Package No. 1 - Vascular laser - 1 pc 3c to SWZ. In addition to delivery, the subject of the contract also includes granting a guarantee for the subject of delivery for a period of 24 months. Details are in SWZ. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers in the scope of individual packages from 1 to 3. Each of the Contractors is entitled to submit an offer to any number of packages of their choice.
