Copy current The characteristics cards should be provided to the Ordering Party at the time of the first delivery. 4. Submitted types and names given in SWZ, and should be treated as non -avision. Parameters of the standard indicated by the ordering standard present technical, operational, use, functional conditions and other features relevant to the subject of the fall, while the indicated brand or commercial name specifies product classes, not a specific manufacturer. The contractor may be offered, provided that BD has no worse technical parameters than described and given in SWZ. 5. The contractor is Responsible for as, in accordance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the fall. 6. The rules for the implementation of the said delivery are specified in SWZ.
