III. Subject of the order
A. Dialysis of dialysis and accessories for kidney extermination techniques
1. The subject of the order is to provide dialysis and accessories to the renal exit techniques to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Krakow, the Os. Golden Autumn 1), as described and the requirements contained in the attachmentNo. 1a to the nine. Golden Autumn 1, Krakow withThe first delivery of the goods to the hospital pharmacy within the period agreed in writing with the Employer, but not later than within 30 days from the date of the contract.
4. The Contractor will be obliged to submit a attendance list from the conducted training referred to in para. 3 with the signatures of trainedusers confirming their actual presence to the hospital pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date of the training.
5. The reserve reserves the right to ask contractors at the stage of examining and evaluating offers to provide samples of the offered subject of the contract for their purposetesting and checking. The costs are borne by the contractor.
