- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel and the supply of heating oil.
2. The order was divided into 2 tasks:
1) Task No. 1 includes the supply of diesel in a total amount of 950,000 liters,
2) Task No. 2 includes the supply of heating oil in a total amount of 195,000 liters.
3. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, which refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the contracting authority allows the use of solutions equivalent to solutions described in the standards, assessments technical, technical specifications and technical reference systems, indicated in SWZ and attachments if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited in SWZ and attachments.
If equivalent solutions are used, the contractor will prove in particular With the help of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
4. The Purchaser requires the submission of the means of evidence referred to in para. 3 (if concerned). If the Contractor does not submit the means of evidence in question or the submitted evidence in question will be incomplete, the contracting authority in accordance with the provisions of art. 107 para. 2 of the PZP Act, he will call for the submission or supplementation of the evidence in question referred to in para. 3 (if concerned).
