1.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of:
diesel oil and heating oil in the expected (actual) quantities:
- diesel oil: 200.00 m3
- light fuel oil: 32.00 m3
1.2. Place of diesel oil delivery:
a) Waste Management Center, ul. Podmiejska 69, 45-475 Opole;
b) Opole-Połwieś Municipal Cemetery, ul. 10 Sudecka Dywizji Mechaniczna 31, 45-834 Opole.
1.3. Place of fuel oil delivery:
a) Waste Management Center, ul. Podmiejska 69, 45-475 Opole;
b) Main chapel in Opole-Połwsi, ul. Cmentarna 4B, 45-837 Opole;
c) Transport Base, ul. Przeskok 1, 45-627 Opole.
1.4. Deliveries will be made on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The fuel will be collected by the Ordering Party from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
May 1. The Contractor will ensure transport and unloading atswoj koszt.
