- 1. The subject of the contract is the sale and successive delivery of diesel oil (part 1 of the order) and unleaded gasoline PB 95 (part 2 of the order) to a two -chamber ground tank located in Inowrocław at 165 Toruńska Street - Zakład Usług Komunalnych (ZUK).
2. Type and number of deliveries covered by the order:
1-diesel oil that meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 4259, in the amount of 250,000 liters per year, while the deliveries will be carried out at the request of the Ordering Party with a frequency of 2-3 times a month, in an amount of up to 8,000 liters;
2 - PB 95 unleaded gasoline, meeting the requirements PN-EN 228 in an amount of 20,000 liters a year, with the deliveries will be made at the request of the Ordering Party at a frequency of 4 times a year, in an amount of up to 5,000 liters.
3. The Purchaser reserves that the estimated amount of diesel demand and unleaded gasoline PB 95, specified in point 2, respectively points 1 and 2 may differ from the actual, will depend on the actual needs of the customer. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of demand for diesel and/or unleaded gas PB 95. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for failure of the full amount of diesel and /or unleaded gasoline PB 95.
4. The contractor is obliged to:
