- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuel, i.e. diesel oil to an above-ground tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters, located on the premises of Zaklad Usug Komunalnych w Lipsku sp. z o.o. at ul. Solecka 88 in Lipsk. Estimated amount of diesel oil: 62,000 liters. The ordering party determines the estimate amount of demand for diesel oil, which may differ from the actual one. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim for failure to order the full amount. The subject of the order must comply with the applicable standards for diesel oil. The fuel should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate i environment of June 26, 2024. In the matter of quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). The contractor is obliged to execute the order in accordance with the principles of the Act of March 9, 2017 on the system for monitoring road and rail transport of goods and trade in fuel fuels. (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1218). A single delivery of diesel oil will range from 2,000 to 5,000 liters.
