- 1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase, by refueling at the Contractor's gas station, of diesel oil (ON) for the operation of vehicles belonging to Miejskie Komunikacja Samochodowa Sp. z o. o. in Mielec, i.e.:
a) 33 public transport buses, i.e.:
- 12 meters long 6 pcs.,
- 8.5 m 10.5 m 26 pcs.,
- 7.9 m 1 pc.
b) Cars: roadside assistance 1 pc., trucks 2 pcs.
2 . The estimated order volume over a 24-month period is 900,000 liters of diesel oil.
3. The contractor will ensure continuity of fuel supplies to the ordering party at the station located in the area of:the city of Mielec indicated in the offer.
4. The contractor will ensure the possibility of refueling diesel 24 hours a day, all days of the week, through cashless transactions.
5. The gas station should be equipped with a monitoring system presenting the image from the dispensers where the tank will be locatedthe Ordering Party's buses.
6. The Contractor's gas station must have at least 2 stations for simultaneous refueling of buses.
7. The gas station must have a parking lot for waiting buses that can accommodate at least
3 12-meter vehicles at one time.
8. Gas station Contractors musi have entrances to and exits from the gas station to a publicly accessible road adapted for bus-type vehicles, without causing any obstruction to road traffic (i.e. smooth entry and exit of the bus without requiring additional maneuvers).
