Description:
The subject of the order is: 1. Successive delivery of diesel oil in an estimated amount of 200,000 liters to a tank with a capacity of 2,500 liters located at the headquarters of the Ordering Party in Mogilno 224.2. The ordering party requires the contractor to supply diesel fuel to a tank with a capacity of 2,500 liters. The dates and quantities of fuel deliveries will be specified each time by the ordering party by phone or e-mail. If the ordering party notifies the delivery by 08:30, the delivery should take place on the same day by 15:00. However, after the ordering party has notified the delivery, after the above-mentioned time, delivery should take place no later than 3 p.m. on the day following the day of placing the order. The Ordering Party determines the delivery acceptance dates as follows: working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from 7.00 to 15.00). The amount of fuel delivered will be determined assuming a reference fuel temperature of 150 C on the basis of a printout from a tanker printer equipped with a certified system for measuring the pumped out fuel.
