Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil to MPGK Sp. z o.o. In Katowice, in an estimated amount of 1,000,000 liters, the subject of the contract should correspond to the parameters specified in the current PN-EN 590 standard as at the date of submitting the Polish offer and the Regulation of the Minister of Economyon quality requirements for liquid fuels of October 9, 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.
