The subject of the contract includes the supply and transport of diesel oil to the headquarters of the Ordering Party: ul. Przemysłowa 35 A, 24 - 200 Bełżyce in quantity up to 200,000 l - 4,000 l each time
Delivery of diesel for the needs of ZZOK in Bełżyce Sp. z o.o.
1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of oil Drive for the needs of the Municipal Waste Development Plant in Bełżyce Limited Liability Company.
Przemysłowa 35 A, 24 - 200 Bełżyce in quantity up to 200,000 l - after
4,000 l each time. Each delivery should be accompanied by a quality certificate of fuel supplied. The contractor prints confirmation of the fuel issued with each diesel supply, containing the date of delivery and the amount of fuel issued at 15 degrees.
3. Quantitative calculation will take place on the basis of indications a legalized measuring device mounted on an auto -athlete with compensation to reference temperature, i.e. 15oC and this amount will be on the invoice.
4. Contractor applying for the supply of diesel oil to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, should have the appropriate equipment for the transport of oils and be insured against civil liability in the field of business.
5. Doparation will take place with specialized auto -sea -equipped devices - the abacus of the amount of fuel issued with the function of calculating the volume of quantity wide...
