Description:
The subject of this order is the delivery in 2026 and 2027 of diesel fuel to tanks owned by the Road Authority in Olkusz, located in the Road and Bridge Districts No. 1 in Olkusz and No. 2 in Trzycie, in a maximum amount of 77,000 liters for each year. For the purposes of these proceedings The Ordering Party assumed the expected demand for diesel oil over a period of 12 months in 2026 and 2027. The indicated demand does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase diesel oil in the specified quantity. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect the ordering party the specified amount of diesel oil. The delivered diesel oil is to have parameters consistent with Polish Standards and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). The contractor is obliged to the delivery must be accompanied by a certificate (certificate) of the quality of the delivered batch of fuel, prepared by an authorized laboratory, which must contain basic data characterizing the fuel and must be provided with the date of testing.
