- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil in the amount of 50 m3 in the period: from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. basic order to the Ordering Party's office. 2. Order under option law (Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law) - purchase and delivery of diesel oil in an amount of up to 50 m3 during the duration of the basic order to the headquarters of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves that the option right may not be exercised, or it may be used in whole or in part, and the Contractor will have no claims against the Ordering Party. When specifying standards requirements, the ordering party shall indicate: as a requirement to meet these standards or equivalent ones. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) fuel will be delivered successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party at the expense of the Contractor, 2) the delivery will take place within 2 business days from the date of request, 3) diesel supplies will be made to the Ordering Party's address, i.e. 24-170 Kurw, on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 4) diesel oil will be delivered in the form of partial orders, from 2 m3 to 5 m3 at a time to the tank located at the Ordering Party's headquarters, and the delivery b...
