Description:
The subject of the order is: Delivery of diesel oil and unleaded gasoline for equipment and vehicles of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalna i Mieszkaniowej Sp. z o. o. in Kazimierz Biskupi there is a cashless purchase of fuel for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027: a) unleaded 95 gasoline in an estimated amount 7,000 liters, b) diesel oil in an estimated amount of 140,000 liters, for transport units and equipment at the Ordering Party's disposal. The given amounts are estimated based on fuel consumption in 2025, therefore they may change slightly. The scope of changes is expected to be +/-15%. Contractors from there will be no claim against the Ordering Party in this regard. Refueling will be carried out on the basis of ad hoc, non-rhythmic (irregular) visits to the Contractor's gas station. The Contractor's fuel station may be located no more than 5 km from the town of Kazimierz Biskupi. Each fuel sale must be be recorded in the sales card, specifying the vehicle registration number, date of fuel purchase and its quantity. The fuel sales card must always be attached to the invoice.
