- The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil and unleaded gasoline for the needs of ZGZiR in Nowy Targ during the period of 12 months from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel in the following quantities: diesel oil (ON) 40,000 liters, unleaded petrol Pb 95 4,000 liters. Estimated the quantities of individual fuels listed above are used to calculate the offered value for comparison of offers and cannot constitute the basis for any claims of the selected Contractor against the Ordering Party. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the relevant standards, in particular: a) for unleaded petrol (Pb 95) PN-EN 228: Fuels for motor vehicles Unleaded petrol Requirements and test methods, b) for diesel oil (ON) PN-EN 590 Fuels for motor vehicles Diesel oil - Requirements and test methods, taking into account the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024.
