Description:
1.1. The subject of the order covered by this procedure is the task called: Supply of diesel oil for Bocheskie Zakłady Usug Komunalnych sp. z o.o. in Bochnia.1.2. The order includes: The order covers the supply of liquid fuel in the form of diesel oil for Bocheskie Zakłady Usug Komunalnych sp. z. o. o. in Bochnia in 2026, carried out by the Contractor to a micro fuel station located in Bochnia at ul. 20-go Stycznia 46, owned by the ordering party. Successive purchases of fuel will be made in a cashless system. Diesel oil will be delivered in the Contractor's tanker from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at his expense. The volume of deliveries at one time ranges from 1,000 to 4,000 liters, and the expected total volume of all deliveries during the period of the order: 150,000 liters. Due to the fact that the amount of fuel purchased depends on current needs, the Ordering Party stipulates that the amount of fuel given in this point is an estimated (approximate) quantity given in order to correctly determine the value of the order.
