Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of "standard" diesel oil and diesel oil "with improved low-temperature properties" to Czysty Region Społka z o. o. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle (47-230), ul. Naftowa 7, in the delivery cycle every other day (tank capacity 4,500 dm3) and for a designated fuel tank/station on the premises of the Plant in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/44, in the delivery cycle twice a month (tank capacity 4,500 dm3), according to the nomenclature specified in the regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) in on quality requirements for liquid fuels. The amount of diesel oil is estimated and may change during the execution of the contract depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
Estimated amount of fuel, based on orders completed in previous years:
•standard diesel fuel 500 000 liters +/- 20%;
•diesel oil "with improved low-temperature properties" - 50,000 liters +/- 30%.
The quantity of a single delivery is 3,500 - 4,500 l (with the consent of the contractor, a smaller quantity is allowed).
