- 3.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil for the needs of the Forest District in 2026 in the amount of 26,500.00 liters. The number of estimates indicated above depends on the needs of the Ordering Party and may be reduced. The ordering party has no obligation use of the entire subject of the order, with the Ordering Party guaranteeing the purchase of diesel oil at the level of 70% of the gross remuneration.3.2. The purchased diesel oil must meet the requirements specified in: Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018), Standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent.3.3. The purchase of diesel oil will be made successively by authorized employees of the Forest District, as needed. the Ordering Party, at gas stations belonging to the Contractor to the tanks of service cars, tractors, graders or other vehicles purchased by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract on all business days from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Diesel oil for motor equipment belonging to the Ordering Party will be collected in canisters. 3.4.
