- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil to the fuel tank for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Gniewkowo Sp. z o. o. 1. Scope of the order: The subject of the order includes the successive delivery of diesel oil (ON) meeting the requirements quality: a) specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018), the requirements of the regulation are superior, b) in accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard or equivalent standard 1. Estimated the annual quantity of fuel covered by the order is up to 60,000 liters. One-time delivery will be up to 5,000 liters.2. The place of delivery is the Kingspan FuelMaster 9000 l storage tank, located on the premises of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Gniewkowo Sp. z o. o., ul. 17 Stycznia 22, 88-140 Gniewkowo.3. The given demand is an estimate and does not constitute the basis for the contractor's claims in the event of using a smaller amount of fuel.
