• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of diesel oil to the gas station of the Municipal Utility Company in Sonie using its own transport. The planned amount of fuel, determined in actual temperature conditions, as the Ordering Party intends to purchase in the period planned for execution of the order: 1) diesel oil 45,000 liters. Purchases will be made successively according to current, actual needs. The amount of fuel given above is an approximate amount that the Ordering Party expects to purchase during the duration of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right possibility of not using the quantities given above. The actual amount of fuel purchased will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period, subject to the sentence below. The minimum amount of fuel that the Ordering Party will purchase during the implementation period the subject of the contract is: 1) diesel oil 35,000 liters. The size of a single delivery is 2,500 liters. Deliveries should be made by road tankers equipped with flow measuring devices.
