Description:
1. The subject of the order is: successive delivery of light fuel oil for heating purposes in an amount of approximately 50 m3, including the units mentioned above, belonging to the Ordering Party: Public School of Primary School. J. A. Grabowskiego in Nowy Dwór approx. 21 m3 Primary School them. Armii Krajowej in Trzcianne approx. 17 m3 Municipal Public Library 3 m3 Health Center in Nowy Kawczyn 9 m32. The delivered oil should have a quality certificate and should have parameters not worse than EKOTERM3. Minimum unit delivery will be was approximately 1m34. The amount of fuel oil mentioned in point 1 is indicative and will be adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party depending on weather conditions. The Ordering Party reserves that for reasons beyond its control the quantity may be used less the subject of the order, without consequences for the Ordering Party.5. Deliveries of heating oil will be made successively, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party reported by phone or e-mail.6.
