Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of ON B7 diesel oil, hereinafter referred to as fuel, together with delivery to the Ordering Party's gas station in an amount of 170,000 liters. The amount of fuel given is an estimate. The actual number of deliveries will depend on the Ordering Party's actual demand for fuel during the term of the contract, subject to a margin of + 5%.2. The Contractor will deliver fuel, within the specified time, to the Ordering Party's tanks located at the Ordering Party's base in Suchy Las at ul. Obornicka 149 and Chludowo at ul. Golczewska 22a using means of transport that meet the standards provided for in environmental protection regulations. The Ordering Party informs that it has two tanks with a capacity of 5,000 liters each. The Ordering Party requires that the fuel sold meets the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 23, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018).
