Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil for MPWiK Sp. z o. o. in Porba for 2026.2. The order covers the successive delivery of diesel oil to the company's fuel station (tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3) located in Porba at ul. priest Franciszka Pdzicha 12.3. Estimated demand for diesel oil during the execution of the contract is up to 48.0 m3, i.e. approx. 4.0 m3 per month. The delivered diesel oil will be intended for refueling vehicles used by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party expects on average 2 fuel deliveries per month, and a single delivery will not exceed 2.50 m3.4. The fuel quantities specified in section 3 are approximate quantities estimated on the basis of the current consumption of diesel oil by the Ordering Party's vehicles, therefore the Contractor is not entitled to claim for deliveries in the amounts given above. The actual amount of diesel fuel will result from the current ones the Ordering Party's needs during the contract implementation period, and the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum level of order fulfillment is 70% of the estimated demand.5.
