Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil in an amount of approximately 36,000 liters per year under the following conditions: 1) The fuel must meet the requirements of the standard PN-EN 590:2022-08 Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel oils - Requirements and test methods and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended) or current legal acts replacing the above; 2) Fuel will be delivered to the tank - distributor of the Ordering Party, which is located in Gostyń, at ul. Nad Kani 107; 3) 1 - 2 deliveries planned monthly depending on needs; 4) Delivery will be made within two (2) business days from the date of submission of the request by the Ordering Party; 5) Payment for individual deliveries will be made at a price which will consist of the wholesale price on the day of delivery of diesel oil to the tank the Ordering Party, announced by PKN Orlen and from the fixed margin (or fixed discount) given in the Contractor's offer.
