- 1. The order covers the supply of diesel oil to the tank located at the headquarters of Drogi Powiatowe Lipno Spka z o.o. at 87-600 Lipno ul. Wojska Polskiego 8 2. The scope of the order includes the supply of diesel oil in the amount of -40 thousand. liters3. Greatness delivery, diesel fuel is an estimate. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the full amount of demand during the order fulfillment period. 4. The order includes the delivery of liquid fuels that meet the conditions specified in applicable law. 5. Fuel will be supplied in a grade appropriate for the summer, transitional and winter periods, depending on the current ambient temperature on the date of refueling. 6. The order covers the supply of liquid fuels carried out under a fuel trading license liquid (diesel oil) required under the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), or an equivalent document confirming that the Contractor is authorized to carry out activities in the field trade in liquid fuels. 7.
