Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil depending on the ambient temperature (period), respectively: summer, transitional, winter, meeting the requirements of the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 standard or equivalent and the requirements specified in the Minister's Regulation Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, the requirements contained in the Regulation take precedence over the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 standard or equivalent. When very low temperatures are forecast The ordering party will demand the supply of diesel oil for Arctic climate classes with a cold filter blockage temperature (CFPP) not higher than (32 C). 2) Order completion date: up to 24 months, no earlier than February 1, 20263) Total order quantity: 90,000 liters/90.00 m3 of diesel oil. The specified amount of fuel demand of the Ordering Party during the term of the contract may be increased or decreased by a maximum of 20%.
