Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil for the needs of the Gozdowo Commune, including the Municipal Utilities Department in Gozdowo and Volunteer Fire Department units from the Gozdowo commune, in 2026, in a total estimated amount of 60,000 liters. Deliveries will be made successively, as needed the Ordering Party's needs, to an above-ground tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters, located on the premises of the Municipal Utilities Department in Gozdow at ul. Krystyna Gozdawy 12. In extraordinary, crisis or emergency situations in which the amount of fuel in the tank the Ordering Party's fuel proves to be insufficient and its quick replenishment through direct delivery will not be possible within an appropriately short period of time, the Contractor will be obliged to ensure the possibility of emergency refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles directly at the gas station or stations, from fuel dispensers. The gas station does not have to be owned by the Contractor; the use of third-party stations is allowed, provided that the Contractor ensures the actual possibility of refueling (e.g. by concluding appropriate contracts or agreements with them). waciciela...
