Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil to the Contractor's road tankers equipped with a measuring system with quantity compensation up to a temperature of +15 C. The Ordering Party allows the use of a verified measuring system or a digital counter with the possibility of calibration.2. The delivery will be made to a tank provided free of charge to the Ordering Party, which is to be located at ul. Spokojna 7, 23-110 Krzczonów for the duration of the contract.3. It is estimated that approximately 70 m3 will be purchased, and, in accordance with Art. 433 points 4) Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum size of the service is 40 m3.4. The size of a single fuel delivery is estimated at approximately 2m, max. 2.5 m3.5. The fuel must meet the parameters of the currently applicable Standard PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or equivalent and meet quality requirements in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Economy of September 11, 2019 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314).6. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to present documents with each delivery indicating compliance with fuel quality requirements, in particular the quality certificate/attestations.7.
