Description:
The subject of the contract includes the successive supply of liquid fuel - diesel oil in an amount of approximately 240,000 liters, including deliveries to the Ordering Party's locations as follows:
z o. o. Rudno 17, Ostroda commune (fuel tank with a capacity of 5 m3 and a tank fuel with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - the minimum quantity for a single delivery is approximately 2 m3),
b) Municipal Waste Transfer Station in Lipowiec, Kurzętnik commune 53D, (fuel container with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - the minimum quantity of a single delivery is approximately 0.5 m3)
c) Municipal Waste Transfer Station in Połwieś 26A, Zalewo commune, (fuel container with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - the minimum quantity of a single delivery is approximately 0.5 m3)
Komunalna 1, Iława municipality (fuel container with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum quantity for a single delivery about 0.5 m3)
2. As part of the successive supply of diesel oil, the contractor is obliged to:
a/delivery of diesel oil by the contractor's transport (tank truck), at the contractor's expense and risk.
b/ The road tanker should be equipped with a pump adapted to transport liquid fuel as well as verified fuel measuring device for liquid fuel;
The single quantity of diesel fuel delivered will be at least 500 liters;
d/delivery of diesel oil within 48 hours from the date of placing the order by the ordering party to the e-mail address W...
