- Delivery of diesel oil for the needs of the Narewka Commune in 20261. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil meeting the Polish quality standards specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on the monitoring and control system fuel quality (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209, as amended), the Act of August 25, 2006 on biocomponents and liquid biofuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 901, as amended) and the regulations issued on the basis of the above acts, including the regulation Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended): the supplied diesel oil will meet the requirements specified in the current standard PN-EN590: 2022-08 by volume at the reference temperature of +15C the supplied diesel oil in the winter period will enable the operation of the Ordering Party's vehicles, and the reference point will be the blocking temperature of the cold filter: 1) summer in the period from April 16 to September 30, the blocking temperature of the cold fuel filter: 0C2) transitional period from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15 - cold filter blocking temperature...
