1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil for the needs of PPDB Sp. z o. o. successive refueling of tanks owned by the Ordering Party, intended for liquid fuel.2. Delivery of diesel oil for the needs of PPDB Sp. - the order consists of a basic order and a covered order right of option. 3. The order includes the delivery of 20,000 liters of B0 diesel oil without biocomponents for the basic order and 15,000 liters of B0 diesel oil without biocomponents for the order covered by the option right.4. The place of delivery is Powiatowe Przedsibiorstwo Drogowo Budowlane Sp. z o. o. in Sokka, respectively: - Road District No. 1 in Sokka, ul. Torowa 12, 16-100 Sokka 1 tank, max. capacity 5,000 liters, - Road District No. 2 in Dbrowa Biaostocka, ul. Gen. E. J. Godlewskiego 70, 16-200 Dbrowa Biaostocka 1 tank, max. capacity 5,000 liters - Road circuit No. 3 in Suchowola, ul. Augustowska 54, 16-150 Suchowola - 1 tank, max. capacity 5,000 liters.5.
