Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel fuel for the needs of the Tourist and Municipal Services Center in Cikowice.2. Detailed requirements of the subject of the order 1) Depending on its current needs, the Ordering Party during the term of the contract (until December 31, 2026) will place individual orders for the supply of diesel oil to the Contractor until the total quantity of the order is completed. The Ordering Party is not obliged to purchase the maximum amount of diesel oil, i.e. 50 m2, during the duration of the contract. diesel fuel (summer, transitional or winter depending on the season) should meet all required quality standards and have the required quality certificate (laboratory certificate).3) Each delivery of diesel oil will be min. 2,000 liters or more depending from current demand. The one-time quantity may be changed at the request of the Ordering Party without affecting the prices used in the settlements and without the need to annex the contract. 4) Diesel oil will be delivered in a road tanker equipped with a certified meter. fuel, and fuel temperature gauge.
