- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil of appropriate quality in accordance with the technical and quality conditions applicable on the Polish market in a maximum quantity of 63,000 liters in 2026 for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnych i Mieszkaniowej w Rychwałe Sp. z o. o. . Refueling will take place successively, according to current needs, to the tank at the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. 62-570 Rychwa, ul. Koniska 78. The fuel must meet the parameters of the currently applicable PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 Standard or equivalent and meet the quality requirements in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and the environment of June 26, 2024. Regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018). A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
