- Successive delivery of diesel oil to the tank located at the Ordering Party's headquarters in the amount of 37,000 dm with parameters according to the PN-EN 590:2022-08 Standard or equivalent and meets the requirements in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 in regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) appropriate for the season of the year. Diesel oil will be delivered to the Ordering Party's tank on a non-cash basis and each time at the expense of the Contractor in the quantities reported by the Ordering Party (each delivery in quantities from 1,000 to 5,000 dm) in an order by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours from the moment of submitting the demand, documented with proof of issue of the model. The proof of product release must include the date, place, quantity and type of fuel, and the price of one liter of fuel without discount and discount, the value of the purchased fuel and the signature of the person issuing and collecting the vehicle. The settlement of diesel oil between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be in dm3 at the actual temperature at the price on the day of refueling the fuel from the road tanker to the Ordering Party's tank.
