The subject of the contract is the current delivery of various drugs to the company pharmacy in Rzeszow divided into 46 tasks.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the price form constituting Annex 3 to
specifications of the terms of the contract.
1. The subject of the contract was divided into 46 tasks (parts).
2. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the subject of the contract by transporting the contractor, at its cost and risk.
