Description:
5.1. The subject of this order is the supply of a digital cell sorter (hereinafter referred to as the "device") for the needs of scientific and didactic activities, in particular the Department of Translational Immunology and Experimental Intensive Therapy CMKP and the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology CMKP. The apparatus will be used for multiparametric analysis and sorting of cells, bacteria and microbubbles from clinical and experimental samples. Due to the work with clinical material, it is necessary to standardize and automate the sorting stream in a short timee. To carry out the research, the apparatus must be able to analyze 15 fluorescence channels and split the streams into four.
