Description:
1) A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR: "Description of the subject of the order", hereinafter referred to as "OPZ". 2) The Contractor will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee - the Ordering Party requires the guarantee period to be from 24 months to a maximum of 60 months. 3) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial tenders. The subject of the contract constitutes one purchasing category and, due to the identity of the subject, in no way hinders small and medium-sized enterprises from submitting an offer. In addition, dividing the contract into lots would involve excessive difficultiestechnical issues, i.e. the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors performing individual parts of the contract and could jeopardize its proper performance. The subject of the contract is not divisible. Entrusting this task to several Contractors is not possible for technical reasons - subjectThe order form is to constitute one set - the individual elements of the set must be integrated with each other in terms of compatibility, for which the Contractor is responsible under the warranty.
