Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of X-ray and ultrasound to the X-ray and Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging Department and the Specialist Clinic Team, 2. The scope of the order has been divided into parts: - Part I of the X-ray machine includes: 1) delivery of a digital camera X-ray along with assembly and deliveryand IT system, training, staff in accordance with Annex 7.1, 2) delivery and installation of X-ray shields includes: a) electrical works related to connecting the cable from the main switchboard to the X-ray apparatus, b) erection of the control room partition wall with lead shields, c) delivery and assembly serviceradiological protection - leaded X-ray window 80x80, d) delivery of doors with a radiological shield 0.5mmPB, 1 piece with assembly, e) service of making radiological shields of fixed walls and ceiling according to the design, f) delivery and assembly of a mobile radiological shield in the form of a screen, pcs. 1, g) delivery and installation of protectionradiological - Hinged shutters, X-ray 2 pieces, h) delivery and installation of the so-called "mushroom" emergency switch installation, i) cost of transport of quieter materials - lead, j) disposal of lead waste remaining after the installation of permanent covers, 4.
