• Part 1 of the order - Work scanners Part 2 of the order - Computer equipment and workstation equipment 1. The subject of the order is the supply of digitization equipment for the Polish Academy of Sciences of the Kórnik Library, hereinafter also referred to as SWZ "device", divided into two parts: 1)Part 1 of the order - Work scanners The subject of the order includes the supply of large-format scanners intended for digitization of library and archival collections. Detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10a to the SWZ. 2)Part 2 of the order - Computer equipment and workstation equipment The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment and devices peripherals intended to equip digitization stations, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, interactive monitors, docking stations and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices. Detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10b to the SWZ. 2. If the Ordering Party indicated trademarks, patents or origins in the description of the subject of the order in Annexes No. 1a and 1b to the SWZ, source or specific process that characterizes the equipment or services provided by a specific contractor, the Contractor may offer an equivalent solution provided that such conditions are maintained...
