- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of direction change cylinders
with cable 0501214288 for SA132, SA134, SA139 rail buses, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in Annex No. 2.1 (Price form) and in Annex No. 4 (Contract template) to SWZ.

2.The offered parts must:
-strictly meet the requirements specified in the Attachment2.1 to the SWZ,
-be original, brand new, free from defects, meet the appropriate quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, and not encumbered with the rights of third parties,
-have Declaration 2.1 of conformity of the Goods upon delivery exhibitedby its manufacturer based on the PN EN 10204:2006 standard or a quality document issued by its manufacturer based on an equivalent standard, confirming the compliance of the Goods with the requirements specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ), whereby the manufacturer should be understood as an entity complies withdefinition given in the PN EN 10204:2006 standard, i.e. an organization that produces given Goods in accordance with the requirements for a given Good, giving them properties in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).
