- The subject of the contract is the delivery of disabled children inhabited in the Bielany district of the Capital City of Warsaw to kindergartens, schools and educational institutions in the 2025/2026 school year and in the 2026/2027 school year and in the 2027/2028 school year together with providing childcare during delivery in the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of disabled children inhabited in the area Bielany District of the Capital City of Warsaw to kindergartens, schools and educational institutions in the 2025/2026 school year and in the 2026/2027 school year and in the 2027/2028 school year together with ensuring childcare during delivery in the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028.
2. Detailed description of the subject Orders were described in point 5 of SWZ and the description consists of:
2.1 Price form - constituting Annex 12 to SWZ
2.2 -designed the provisions of the contract, which will be entered into its content - constituting Annex 2 to SWZ;
2.3 CHILDREN - constituting Annex 13 to SWZ.
