Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision in the school year 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 transport service in the field of bringing disabled children, inhabited in Warsaw in the Ochota district to educational institutions on the Dom-Szkoła-Dom route and the delivery of disabled children toholiday and caree educational institutions during the Summer/Winter campaign in the city with providing them with care during delivery.
2. 61 children (as at March 14), attending kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, including special schools andschool and educational centers. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of children brought, which will always inform the contractor by providing personal data and the exact route of delivery. The absenteeism coefficient of the last three years is about 19 %.
3.
