Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a transport service in the field of bringing children/disabled students in Warsaw in the Wola district along with providing them with care during the delivery in the 2025/2026 school year, i.e. from 01/09/2025 to 31/08/2026 to 31/08/2026, on the DOM route - on the route -Educational unit - home and to the facilities where classes are held as part of the "Winter/Summer in the City" campaign during the winter holidays and holidays.constitutes Annex 6 to SWZ.
3) a detailed description of the subject of the contract, the terms and method of providing services constituting the subject of the contract are determined by:
a) contract template, which is Annex 6 to SWZ together with Annex 2 pn. list of children and schools,
