3School ceremonies, according to the calendar of the school year, together with the provision of qualified care during transport. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of disabled children from the Tarnowo Podgorne commune together with guardians to schools and institutions. 2. List of children transported to schools,kindergartens and centers is indicated in Annex 10 to the specification of the terms of the contract. 3Ordering Party. 4. The contractor is required to take into account the following assumptions: 1) the child should be brought to school (kindergarten), at such a time that he can start class classes as planned, the waiting time for classes cannot be longer than 30 minutes.2) classroom schedules.It is obliged to obtain from each school before the implementation of the task and each year as the start of the school year. 3) The Contractor is obliged to determine, in consultation with the Employer, detailed hours of courses with the person appointed by the school and kindergarten headmaster and parents - guardiansstudents ...
