- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the delivery and the removal of disabled children from the Trąbki Wielkie commune to educational institutions, called the rest z providing care during transport during September 2025- June 2027. In July and August, transport is not provided. With regard to children in wheelchairs, the provision of services will be carried out with specialized vehicles, adapted for transport disabled people.
2. The Contractor will provide transport services for children and young people with disabilities in accordance with the following statement:
a) delivery of children from places of residence to educational institutions - 53 people (including 2 using a wheelchair)
b) delivery of children from educational institutions for places of residence - 54 people (including 2 using a wheelchair)
c) Months in which service and resources will be implemented:
- school year 2025/2026: 10 months - from September 1, 2025 to June 26, 2026
- school year 2026/2027: 10 months - from September 1, 2026 to June 25, 2027
3. Delivery students will take place:
a) on school days, i.e. from 01/09/2025 to 25/06/2027, excluding public holidays, winter and summer holidays, other breaks in science resulting from the calendar of the school year or the decision of the school management and closing educational institutions, ... - Documents:
